I’ve loved yoga and spiritual practices for most of my life.  Have taught yoga for pregnancy. Have worked as a primary school teacher. Currently a student of Chinese Medicine.

The Form Reality Practice has had a profound effect on my life. It has taught me to Live from my Heart, which is something I’ve been searching for.  It is an honour and my Great Love to teach this powerful movement sequence.
