I am inspired by the dance of the Form as it is a movement into great Love... the one Love. It is subtle yet powerful and has birthed many changes in my life.

I feel more connected with people, with the flow of nature, and the space in between. I speak from a different place now with more clarity. 

I am drawn to teach the Form as it is inspires change in busy everyday human lives, grounds us in a very practical way, and uplifts us with fresh new ways of living and being. It is the constant flow of life.
